The nursery in Tamworth is set in a beautifully converted farmhouse. Split over three floors, each room has a homely feel and is full of toys relevant for the age group it nurtures. Outside there is a large, secure back garden, which is split into two separate areas so that the younger and older children can play independently of each other.
Happy Tots opened its doors in Tamworth for the first time on 30th November 1996. We are registered by Ofsted for 74 children. We are situated in Wilnecote, on the outskirts of Tamworth, around half a mile from junction 10 of the M42.
The opening hours of the nursery are ideal for the working family, being 7.30 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Friday.
A dedicated, professional team of nursery nurses is employed to give a warm, caring, stimulating and happy environment for all of the children to enjoy. Whether it is finger painting for the babies, or for the older ones learning computer skills on their own computers.
Well over the Ofsted required 50% of the staff hold relevant qualifications. Also, life experience is seen a valuable qualification by the management, with seven of the staff being parents themselves!
